Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

The The AML Training Group is the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, dated April 27th (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, dated December 5th (LOPDGDD).

 

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for data processing are:

  • Sending commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other current or future electronic or physical means that enable the performance of commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.
  • Managing orders, requests, inquiries, or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the website of the DATA CONTROLLER.
  • Sending the online newsletter with updates, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

 

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the consent of the USER: the sending of commercial communications and newsletters.
  • Due to the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analyses, managing orders, requests, etc. at the USER’s request.

 

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their retention. Once they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

 

Who do we share your personal data with?

There is no planned communication of personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, or to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements in compliance with current privacy regulations.

 

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USERS, by marking the corresponding checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or forms for downloading, explicitly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to address their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to communicate any modification thereof.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to their needs.

 

 

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise their rights.
