Aretha Campbell Johnson, with tax ID Y6110694E and located at Calle Pollo Martin 38, 7 Izqda., Salamanca, Spain 37005 (hereinafter, The AML Training Group), is the owner of the website and the provider of the products and/or services sold through it.
The contractual purchase relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price expressly stated on this Website, of a particular product or service.
Purchasing through this website implies adherence to the T&C in the version published at the time the User accesses the Website, which means that the User:
To place an order, the User must be over 18 years of age.
To complete the order, the User must provide all the information requested during the purchase process, which is necessary to fulfill the order properly.
To make purchases on the Website, and for delivery service to be available, both the shipping and billing addresses must be located within mainland Spain.
We recommend registering on our platform before purchasing any of our courses so that once the purchase process is complete, the courses are correctly assigned to your user account.
Registration at https://amltraininggroup.com/ is free and can be done through the user area we have set up.
Once you have registered on our platform, you will be able to purchase any of the courses available in our catalogue.
You will need to follow the usual purchase process in any online store to purchase our courses:
1. Add the course you want to your cart.
2. Review your cart.
3. Complete your purchase using the payment method you prefer. We recommend paying by card, as this will automatically complete your order and give you immediate access to your course.
Once you have made the payment through the bank’s payment gateway, you will have immediate access to the course you have purchased on our platform.
You can view all your purchased courses in your user area.
If you pay by bank transfer, the process is not automatic, as we will have to validate your payment and we will manually give you access to the course you want to purchase.
All prices for products or services on the Website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Prices are always expressed in Euros (€).
The prices shown for each product or service include shipping costs, shipping insurance, or any other additional services unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any such additional applicable costs will be disclosed to the User before finalizing the purchase.
The prices applicable to each product or service are those published on the Website and will be applied directly during the final stage of the purchase process. The User acknowledges that the pricing of some products or services may vary in real-time. In any case, such changes will always be communicated before the purchase is finalized.
The User agrees to make payment at the time of placing the order and may do so using any of the payment methods specified on the Website.
After the payment is completed, the User will receive an email confirming the order, including a summary of the items purchased, the chosen delivery method, and the shipping address.
The AML Training Group may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied according to the rules specified by The AML Training Group for each code, and Users may only use one discount code per order.
Discount codes may not be compatible with certain promotional actions or product collections.
The AML Training Group will deliver orders to the address provided by the User in the purchase form.
The AML Training Group assumes no responsibility if orders cannot be delivered due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the User, or due to any cause attributable to the User.
The AML Training Group will take all necessary measures to ensure delivery is made within the agreed timeframe. Confirmation of payment by any of the authorized systems is considered a necessary condition to maintain the delivery timelines. However, the indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure.
Delivery is considered complete when The AML Training Group or its contracted shipping company makes the product available to the User.
Once payment has been made for an online course, no monetary refunds will be issued. However, if the user is unable to attend the purchased course, a credit for the full amount paid will be offered, which may be applied toward any other course offered on our platform.
This credit will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and is personal and non-transferable. To request the credit, the user must notify us of their inability to participate at least 48 hours before the course start date by sending an email to theamltraininggroup@gmail.com.
If notification is received after this deadline or the user fails to attend without prior notice, no credit or refund will be granted.
The Website provides access to content owned by The AML Training Group that the User may view. The User assumes responsibility for their use of the Website, including any necessary registration to access certain services or content. During registration, the User is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
The User agrees to use the content and services offered by The AML Training Group through its Website appropriately, and, by way of example but not limitation, not to:
(i) engage in unlawful or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order;
(ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism, or violating human rights;

The AML Training Group reserves the right to remove any comments or content that violate the dignity of individuals, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to youth or children, public order or safety, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate for publication.
The AML Training Group complies with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving its regulatory implementation, and any other applicable regulations. It ensures the correct use and handling of the User’s personal data.
Alongside each personal data collection form, for the services the User may request from The AML Training Group, the User will be informed of the specific conditions for processing their data, including the controller’s identity, address, rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose, the purpose of the processing, and possible data sharing with third parties.
The AML Training Group also complies with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and will request the User’s consent to process their email for commercial purposes when required.
