2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USERS, by marking the corresponding checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or forms for downloading, explicitly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to address their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to communicate any modification thereof.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise their rights.
